PLEASE NOTICE THE CHANGES!!!

Hi all,

It is time for this months tournament! I want to encourage everyone to spread the word and get as many players as we can to show up. To give you all a little incentive I am again going to give away a free seat if we hit 31 or more players. The way it will work is after everyone has paid and drawn for their seats we will have a drawing. What ever seat is drawn will be given their $50 back which will amount to a free roll for one lucky player. You must be a paid player to be eligible for the drawing. Start spreading the word!

I am also going to try something new this time around. I have had some complaints about people having supper before the game. I am moving the game back one hour to 6:00pm but the problem with that is running time, so here are the changes. I am going to keep the same blind schedule but the levels will be 20 minutes each. To help even things out though I will be adding 5000 chips to the starting stack. You will now have 10,000 in chips to begin the game. All this for the same $50.

I will be hosting my next monthly tournament on Saturday March 13th at 6:00 pm. It will be a $50.00 buy in No-Limit tournament. As always 100% of the cash will be paid out. We will start with 10000 in chips with 20 minute blinds and no antes. There will be no Re-Buys. Cash games to follow. I have plenty of tables and chairs so let's see if we can put them all to use. Anyone who can't make the tournament but would like to come for cash game is welcome. Also feel free to invite your friends.

My address is 15222 White Creek Ave. Cedar Springs. To get to my place just take US 131 to exit 104. Go east (right if you are coming from GR) at the top of the ramp. The stop light is at the corner of White Creek Ave. Turn left (north) and go about 1 1/2 miles and my place will be on your right. You will see Duke Creek Campground ( not to be confused with the campground you will see next to the freeway by the exit) and my drive is just past the campground.

I will put a sign at the end of the driveway. If the parking area fills up by the house just park in the field at the end of the driveway. You can come in the basement door at the south end of the house. Bring anything you want to drink, as I have plenty of room in the fridge. If you have any questions you can call me 616-550-3108.

I ended up getting like 7th I think. Went so card dead is was pitiful. Got it all in way too low with 6's against 10's and J's.

I must say never met a bigger bunch of guys who have no idea how to cut a deck of cards.

Me and Tim chopped, Great game Roger, see you next time. Cutting cards and playing with 2 decks. This was tuff for those who have never played on a real poker table and play at a slower pace. Maybe next time they will get it........

I think about half of those there were friends of friends. I hadn't met them before. This is good but would have been alot better if the regulars showed. We would have hit at least 30 with them all there.
